- Penelope outsmarts or turns down one of the arrogant suitors invading her home.
- A mythical monster (like Polyphemus, Circe, or Scylla) appears on screen.
- Odysseus weeps or gazes longingly across the open ocean toward home.
- Telemachus stands up to the suitors or searches for news of his father.
