• A sabotage or twist in the game is revealed
• The protagonist takes a refuge / safe house in a new city
• A “deepfake” or propaganda tape is shown or discussed
• Someone says “survive” or “you’re it” in reference to the show
• A “hunter” appears onscreen chasing a runner
